JOSH FOREMAN

15.3 Ikaika Josh

  • The 2023 club season will be my 10th year as a club volleyball coach. I have served as head and/or assistant coach with teams 12’s-17’s. I enjoy coaching the stage of athletic growth and development you find at 13’s and 14’s. However I also have great appreciation for coaching the more emotionally mature and athletically capable 15’s-18’s.

I have experience coaching 1st and 2nd teams. In 2018 my 14’s team finished 5th at a national qualifier. In 2019 my 13’s team finished 3rd at two national qualifiers and earned a bit to nationals in the USA division.

I am USAV CAP II Certified and have attended Gold Medal Squared coach training programs as well.

I believe coaching is similar to playing if you ever think that you have nothing else to learn then it’s probably time to do something else. The sport and the coaching techniques are constantly evolving. “Never Stop Learning”
