2025-2026 Age Definitions
18 & Under: Players who were born on or after July 1st, 2007 or are high school students in the 12th grade or below during the current academic year and are 19 years of age or younger (born on or after July 1, 2006)
17 & Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2008
16 & Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2009
15 & Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2010
14 & Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2011
13 & Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2012
12 & Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2013
11 & Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2014
10 & Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2015
9 & Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2016

SPORTS INSURANCE
At Fieldhouse Volleyball Club, we understand that unexpected events can sometimes prevent your child from completing their sports season. That's why we're excited to introduce an option that can help protect your investment in your child's sports experience - Sports Fee Insurance provided by US Sports Club Insurance.
This insurance provides coverage for a variety of situations, including injuries, illnesses, job loss, or relocation of parents. By purchasing this insurance, you can have peace of mind knowing that your financial commitment to our club is protected in case your child is unable to complete the season.
Sports Fee Insurance costs a small percentage of your total season fees, and in the event of a claim, USSCI will either reimburse you or pay the club directly for the lost time, depending on the circumstances. This coverage ensures that both your player and your wallet are protected throughout the season.
We believe that this service helps keep the cost of competitive sports low and enables us to maintain our pricing. We encourage you to review the options and decide on the level of coverage that best fits your family's needs.
